The Great Workshop East is now home to A World Of Pine's Wiltshire and Hampshire distribution hub.

From its earliest beginnings in 1993. A World of Pine,now more widely known as A World of Furniture,now has shops in Salisbury,Blandford Forum and Poole.
Although with over 20 staff, a delivery fleet of 8 vehicles and retail showrooms totalling some 40,000 square feet, the ethos set up by husband and wife team, Mark and Lucy Hotson, has changed very little in the last 14 years. That being to supply good quality, solid furniture at reasonable prices with excellent levels of service.
The range of products available ,however,has increased considerably.Other than probably the finest selection of Pine Furniture in the South, there is
also a superb collection of Oak, Leather and solid wood furniture.
The Company's strengths are many, but no more so than their excellent workforce. Ably led by Mark and Simon, the shop/warehouse managers, sales, delivery and administration staff are certainly a credit to
the company.
The future outlook is promising with further store expansion on the South coast and more Internet based sales looming.

We look forward to enjoying the tranquillity of West Dean, perhaps now a haven for us, in our busy and sometimes over ordered lives. Incidentally,look
out for a largish Black Labrador called Monty, wandering about the warehouse, very friendly and some say the decision making hub of A World of
Pine !
