Jonathan Loxley - sculptor
The Old Station at the entrance to Dean Hill Park is occupied by sculptor Jonathan Loxley and his dog Misha.
Jonathan trained in Florence, Italy and on returning to Britain was commissioned by David Bowie to create a sculpture celebrating Bowie's marriage to Iman. Jonathan's exquisite, tactile works have been displayed at Canary Wharf , the Hampton Court Flower Show and the Henley Art Show and can currently be seen at the Cass Foundation's Goodwood Sculpture Park.
The Old Station is ideal for Jonathan's requirements, with full natural daylight from the roof-height doors, ample space and an overhead crane to manoeuvre and suspend the huge pieces of stone he works with.
